• As of yesterday, the San Francisco Giants do not leave the West Coast to play ball until July 3rd. Only three of those games are played outside of California, against the Mariners. If there was ever a time for a winning streak, here it is.
• Barry Bonds, attending his first Giants home game of the season, told reporters he has contacted Giants' management about coming back to the team as a consultant.

As for the first quote, Bonds did tutor Pablo Sandoval last year and totally changed Sandoval's approach at the plate.
