That was the worst pitch calling umpire I've seen for awhile. For both teams. He was only consistent in his inconsistency. And then Chapman ... again, Whew!

soon as Cueto went out, I thought... oh no. They had been preparing for him and Latos has always been tough on the Giants. The opportunity was to get to LeCure, and they almost did. Yeah Cain gave up 2 HR, but overall the pitching was good enough for 8 innings to win...it's the offense that was MIA, frowned upon by the baseball gods too.

The Reds are a tough match up for the Giants. And now I learn the SF era team has never won a postseason series after losing game 1. They better win today.
