IMO the majority of the blame for this season and last goes to the GM, who actually sucked. He let good talent leave and didn't replace it. Not a way to keep a team winning.

Lovie, Reid, Norv, Romeo Crennel, Chan Gailey, Pat Shurmer, ...and I'm missing one. But 6 is still a lot. And Rex Ryan still has his job FFS

I'd keep Rex Ryan, especially when his best WR and CB went down early this season. Two AFC Championship appearances in Sanchez's first two seasons w/ road victories @San Diego, New England, and Indianapolis are nothing to sneeze at. 1 more year seems reasonable.

Bad head coach, excellent coordinator.

Some team will pick up Norv to be their OC and greatly improve themselves in that regard.
