last season Denver didn't even have home field advantage or a 1st-round bye. The only reason the Broncos made it then was because the Raiders (unfortunately) choked against the Chargers. Tim Tebow and his gang lost 3-7 to KC at home on the final regular season game. One could argue that the Broncos actually progressed a teeny-weeny bit this season.
