Where is my Fed Express hat? Oh yes, retired. Should I bring it back out?

Love him, hope he stays in the game a while longer just so I can watch him play.

but I don't think they were showing it. He'll qualify for London if he wins this tourney.

He is #3 and Juan Martin is #1, the only two seeds left...not sure if they are on the same side of the draw, though.

which makes this a great tournament! Either way I'm happy ... Roger has to play this guy next: V. Pospisil

He does seem a little more focused in this tournament than in the past!

This is the only match they've played & Roger won: 2011 ATP World Tour Masters 1000 Canada Montreal, Canada Hard R32 Federer, Roger 7-5, 6-3 Stats

He's 23 and a little taller than Roger - currently ranked 40. Definitely potential to upset Roger if he's not playing well, but as you said he seems to be focused on making it to London.

9. Perhaps the fear of not making it to the year-end championships.....

...... which is almost unfathomable, has sharpened his focus. I'd like to see him squeeze out another good year, even if it's not a Federer-esque good year. Look to Tommy Haas for inspiration.

he should be able to do that. I love seeing Juan Martin win also - it is a good time for him to return. He could give Novak a run for his $$$ if he stays healthy.

I think Juan Martin would give Rafroid fits, and I'd love to see him knock that fraud down a few pegs.

Fed, Del Potro and Novak. Rafa has Tsonga, Ferrer and Berdych. So, there ya go. Federer will be lucky if he gets through the first round opponent which is likely to be Youzhny. I fear this will not end well.
