I really enjoy watching him miss cuts, withdraw from tournaments and lose status.....now if we could only get the talking heads to stop talking about him 24/7. Even when he's golfing really bad, they all just fawn all over him. Ugh.... Hate it.

(41,692 posts)Tiger Woods is good for the game. He's done more for the game than anyone probably ever.
You do know that the ratings take a shit when he's not playing.and for a sport that is having a hard time staying relevant, that's not good.

(29,672 posts)I used to enjoy him back in the day.....then all the women he was screwing hit the fan....and I lost ALL respect and enjoyment watching him. Don't care if he's good for a rich mans game anyway...... JMHO And I like Rory now.

The "rich man's game" has been a falsehood since Arnold Palmer. Try to catch up.

(29,672 posts)Tom Watson talking today about it, didn't sound like he was to impressed with Tiger's chances....but he did say "well it's Tiger" so if Tiger was to have done good today......he might make the team, and now Tiger is +7.....don't think he's going to even be
playing the weekend.

I don't know WTF he was trying to prove by even going out there when he still wasn't completely healed from his back surgery.
Forget Ryder Cup - he should stay off the tour for the rest of the season. Give his body time to completely heal. Come back in 2015.
And he's basically been a liability in the Ryder Cup anyway. He just ain't a team player.
