They've taken a ton of crap over the years from football fans and media, and, one could expect, unreal expectations from an owner breathing down their necks. I never will be a Cowboys fan. But I can acknowledge their efforts in making the playoffs, and include Jerry Jones, who kept surprising faith in his headcoach and quarterback.

(78,249 posts)I'm in Frisco. Which I'm sure you can find, 'cause it's near Jerrah's Palace.

(64,933 posts)as everyone thinks Jerrah has done a shitty job drafting, he has actually assembled a very strong team, and rebuilt a shaky defense and a downright pathetic offensive line.
The offensively line may turn out extending Tony Romo's career by a couple of years. Protection is everything.

(29,322 posts)His abscence highlights how dependent the team is on him which isn't to say anything against the rest of the team, he is a MVP caliber (career stats back that claim) QB.
Line is everything. The one area where they improved from last season or didn't have suspended or injury stricken players is the offensive line. Their first round pick guard was injured in 2013 and this group is solid and luckily healthy.

(29,322 posts)I also feel the same way about the Broncos. Damn.
Hard to decide. Certainly I'd like to see Tony get one.
