But I told my Wife I hoped they showed some class this year and celebrated in the clubhouse and not on the field as they did in AZ.

Kershaw looked unhittable with our roster full of AAA players.

I don't know how the celebration went. Some kind of on-field display is natural and has to expected.

Giants' fans are feeling good about 2016. There's a lot of talent in the minors and a ton of money is coming off the payroll. Matt Cain should be back in form and the starters will be healthy.

I have to admit though, I was a bit surprised that Boche left Bumgarner as long as he did. It was an elimination game. Might as well been game seven in the World Series. I'd have thought he'd throw the kitchen sink onto the mound as soon as it was evident Bumgarner was struggling. It almost seemed to me that he gave up early. 111 pitches? The look on Bumgarner's face made me feel bad when they showed him in the dugout after he was pulled. That's gotta mess with a guy's confidence.

OTOH I don't have much hope for the Dodgers' chances in the playoffs. Sure I'll root for them because I bleed Blue, but with their bullpen, and the fact they were no-hit twice in nine days doesn't bode well for the near future. They can't pitch Kershaw and Greinke every night, and Pederson's average is likely to go below The Mendoza Line before the end of the season. Time will tell I guess. I'm excited about Cory Seager.

By the way, I've been watching Dodger games on the Amazon Firestick. We don't even have TimeWarner Cable where I live. People hate Amazon, but I love 'em.

Giants chances we're nil anyhow.

Bumgarner will be fine in the head department. After the pennant drive last year all those arms need rest.

I like Dodgers' chances in a five game series better than a seven game series agains the Mets. You might squeek by in five games if either Kershaw or Greinke can start twice.
