Congrats to Nashville Predators 1st round advance

First ever sweep in franchise history, and over the Chicago Blackhawks.

Pekke Rinne impressive stats. 126 of 129 saves, 0.70 GAA.

Would never have guessed the Preds would have pulled off the sweep!!! Here's hoping for the home town team going forward!!

He played well, but not exceptional. Sure enough, the playoffs begin and he has been absolutely phenomenal.

The Preds should have a good shot against the Blues (likely) or the Wild in the next round too.

From my rooting end, same thing with Lundqvist. Not a great regular season, but so far he's in playoff God mode again...

it also marks the first time a #8 seed has knocked off the #1 seed in the NHL.

What I love about the Stanley Cup Playoffs, so unpredictable. A team just has to get hot at the right time.
