#DrawTheLine Campaign Calls For Lacrosse Players to Take a Stand

In the wake of recent (and not so recent) events within the sport of lacrosse in which participants within the sport's community coaches, players, fans and other representatives have demonstrated a lack of cultural empathy or awareness, STX is looking to lead a conversation that encourages everyone within the community to hold each other accountable for transgressions.
In introducing the campaign, they said, "STX is taking a stand and drawing the line. There's no room for hate or discrimination in the sport of lacrosse. Join us in this movement to eliminate hate in our game. Lacrosse is for everyone, and the future is up to us."
The video features Kyle Harrison and Michelle Tumolo, as well as two young players, providing the message. ... "We felt that it was important as a leader in the industry to speak out and encourage others to do the same," an STX representative in sharing the message.
Last year, Harrison sat down with IL to discuss a range of topics, including his experiences as a player and parent,
as well as his voice on diversity and inclusiveness within the sport. ... Check out a pair of Diversity Inside Lacrosse Podcasts with Nation United that have recently touched on similar topics, as well.
