Whatever Michael's resume lacks in comparison to his father, is made up by his success as a team owner in Indycar.

Marco isn't a bad driver, but I'd be surprised if any other team would hire him in Indycar.
He may make a good team principal when he retires from driving.

Fernando Tatís Jr.

Fernando Tatís Jr. is tearing the cover off the baseball. The San Diego Padres shortstop is off to a phenomenal start to his MLB career and is currently riding a 12-game hit streak. He may make the All-Star team, and has a decent shot at NL Rookie of the Year Award. That is, if the gifted fielder can put the brakes on making boneheaded fielding errors.
