Anybody want to buy a 2000 Saab 9-3 coupe?

We're going carless.
The car has no rust, is inspected through end of May 2016, has a new battery. It was bought from Mearig near Lancaster, PA. While it was under warranty it was serviced at Saab/Jaguar of Cherry Hill, NJ. and Delaware Cadillac/Saab in Wilmington, DE. Since then I’ve used Snyderman Gulf in Philadelphia.
Clear title
Power windows, heated seats, 5 speed manual, CD player with rear mounted 6 CD changer. 2L turbo engine.
81,350 mileage
$1700 cash was $3000
Major components replaced:
Direct ignition cassette - twice
Ignition switch
Muffler
Thermostat
Head gasket has not been replaced but valve cover gasket has
Battery has been replaced twice - present battery is one year old.
Tires are three years old.
I believe that the PCV is up to date, but I’ll have to check with my mechanic.
Near term needs - SID could be replaced - I just never got around to it.
Check Engine light is on but that may be a feature, not a bug, as the gas mileage is fine and there are no acceleration issues. My mechanic has not been able to figure this out.
The alarm has been disabled because its battery died and the alarm would go off intermittently, usually in the middle of the night. Apparently this is an easy fix, but because the car is parked off the street behind a locked gate, and it’s 15 years old, I have not had that dealt with.
The power aerial cable has parted company with the motor. Another easy fix and if you buy the car I’ll include the new aerial and cable. 
The hydraulic lifters for the hood don’t hold it open. A dowel will be provided. They stopped working about six months ago. Again, an easy fix and i think about $30 worth of parts.
Power mirrors don't work, nor do the headlight wipers.
Apart from that, there’s nothing else I can think of.
And has never been in an accident.
UPDATE:
Just found out that although there is no exterior rust, there is hidden rust in the rear wheel wells which, although the car passed PA inspection, is still something that will take some money to fix. And the oil leaks from the engine are worse than thought.
