Related: About this forumWhat a Mariners/Blue Jays Game 7!
Before 2016, I was a long suffering Chicago Cubs fan, so I was pulling for the Seattle Mariners. However, I like the Toronto Blue Jays and will root for them over the LA Dodgers in the World Series.
Here is a question: Seattle was up 3-1 with 2 out in the bottom of the 7th, men on 2nd and 3rd and Blue Jays star George Springer coming up. Why didn't the Mariners intentionally walk Springer? I was shouting for the Mariners to do so in my family room. Sure enough, Springer hits a 3 run home run and Toronto goes on to win the AL Pennant.
I know I'm second guessing, but did anyone else have the same reaction?

It's a question I'm sure the Mariners' manager is asking himself over and over!

Bazardo throws right, Springer bats right. Lukes bats left.
