The Hummingbird Spot: A Hummingbird Surprised Me by Landing on My Finger

Edited to add this description:

We went looking for hummingbirds at Reserva Zura Loma in Pichincha, Ecuador, where you can hand feed hummingbirds! The beautiful Sapphire-vented Puffleg, the Sword-billed Hummingbird, the Buff-winged Starfrontlet, the Buff-tailed Coronet and the Sparkling Violetear were feeding at the feeders here. A Chestnut-naped Antpitta delighted the birders by running out for breakfast. Then we ended the morning with a Purple-backed Thornbill sighting just outside the reserve.
