Good casual travel shoes?

I'm looking for light, comfortable for walking, water resistant enough for rainy weather. The last item is more important than I thought - I have several pairs that are great for sunny weather, but proved to be miserable after stepping in even very shallow puddles.

I like to travel very light, so I like to get by with the one pair that I wear.

I've tried several and Clark's are by far the best. They can be expensive but I got mine at CTyankee Nov 2013 #6

I always have a pair and a spare, in case of rain and to avoid rubbing blisters in the same spot by wearing the same shoes over and over.

I wear Clark's shoes myself. Your mileage may vary.

They are pretty light, dry quickly, can be worn with or without socks and really work for me when walking.

They're not cheap, but they wear very well, are extremely comfortable and hold up well in puddles.

Designer Shoe Wearhouse for less. Still, I think they were $60 but that's pretty good since I wear them everywhere at home too...

$40. Tested them for a few days and so far I like them. Remarkably light.
