Of course we know that these people that take the bible literally are such a small minority of the population that it is hardly worth noting.

Seems like an interesting thing that so many people are so outraged, because of their religious beliefs, about the accuracy of a story that, I hope, everyone in this Forum thinks is just a fable.
Do I need to use an incognito browser to see if you respond to rugs five million random OPs about atheists in the same way?

(22,340 posts)These are people mad because this isn't the real version of the truth. They are mad because they see it as religious. And because "an atheist" made the movie. It's not just "it's not as good as the book." These reactions are based on, in my opinion, ridiculous religious beliefs.
