http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/baltimore-city/north-baltimore/bs-md-ci-palermo-announcement-20150109-story.htmlEpiscopal Bishop Heather Cook will be charged with manslaughter in the fatal crash that killed cyclist Thomas Palermo, Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby announced Friday morning.

A warrant will be issued for Cook's arrest, prosecutors said.
Several hundred people gathered on Roland Avenue to remember Tom Palermo, a bicyclist killed when he was struck by a car while riding on Roland Avenue. A "ghost bike" was placed near where he was struck. (Baltimore Sun video)

Ran Palermo down in the street with a BAC of .27, just shy of the BAC she blew 2 years ago, charges deferred.

Gender, race, economic class, and her profession will all factor into her sentencing in her favor.

Here's hoping for a full 20 years then. She had been convicted of DUI before, hopefully that will weigh heavily in the sentencing. Her position in the church had better not give her any advantages.

Just like Bob McDonnell and his past public service, gave him an advantage when it came time to be sentenced!
Same thing will likely happen here...
