I am not Christian (recovered Catholic), but I wish the true Christians would stand up and stop the fundies and other haters from dragging Christ's name through the mud....

One more thing that gets to me. Some of them think that they can do anything as long as they accept Jesus. They completely ignor the Ten Commandments. Thou will not bear false witness. The ones in the public eye seem to be able to lie about everything.

I am not sure that ignoring their Gods commandments and trusting that if they can spit out "i believe in Jesus" just before dying is gonna fly with the big guy.... Just saying...

That sounds like it came from the mind of someone with sadistic personality disorder.

14. Define what you mean by "hell."

A place of eternal torment that your eternal soul checks into when you die, if you're a bad guy?

Or a trash heap where human refuse will eventually be chucked for final disposal?

My definition is the latter. No, I'm not a believer in the idea that all people will eventually be saved. Just most (which has a lot of wiggle room).

And, yes, there are other definitions. I just included what I think is the most common and, for counterpoint, the one I think is right.
