Mandatory Religion

A republican finally came out and said it.

http://news.yahoo.com/attending-church-mandatory-135525610.html

“It’s the soul that is corrupt—how we get back to a moral rebirth I don’t know, since we are slowly eroding religion at every opportunity that we have,” she said during a committee meeting debating the proposal. “Probably we should be debating a bill requiring every American to attend a church of their choice on Sunday to see if we can get back to having a moral rebirth.”

In a “flippant” remark during a concealed-carry gun bill debate in the Arizona legislature this week, a Tea Party Republican senator, bewildered by opposition to the bill, opined that the state should require mandatory church attendance to battle the country’s moral decay.

People should be allowed to carry concealed weapons into public buildings because “there’s a moral erosion of the soul of America,” and people now feel the need to arm themselves, even in public spaces, argued state Sen. Sylvia Allen.

I wonder if there is a clause requiring the wearing of his church's Religious Idols on our belts while sitting in the pews?

That's one creepy-ass religion!

She said this during a debate on concealed carry. The moral breakdown has been so bad she feels the need to carry a gun into public buildings.

More on her:

She served as a Navajo County Supervisor. During her tenure, Allen attempted to interfere with an internal investigation into the conduct of her son-in-law, a detention officer, with female inmates in the Navajo County jail, where he worked. K.C. Clark, the Navajo County Sheriff, threatened to arrest her if she continued to interfere

In March 2015, Allen filed a bill that would provide detention officers, like her son-in-law, with greater protections from disciplinary investigations.

Unfortunately, this moron is president pro tem of the AZ senate.

You can only live so long, spiritually, on a diet consisting of shopping and watching the Kardashians.

Anyway, God doesn't want you to go to church.
