Rev. Graham: Pray for Gorsuch -- 'Atheist Progressives' Want to 'Marginalize Christians,' Strip God From Society

http://www.cnsnews.com/blog/michael-w-chapman/rev-graham-pray-gorsuch-atheist-progressives-want-marginalize-christians

Commenting on the Senate confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch, evangelist Franklin Graham said the high court was the paramount issue of the 2016 election and Christians should pray for Gorsuch, adding that "atheist progressives" are working furiously to "strip God and all references to Him" from the public square and are pushing Christians "into the shadows."

In a March 20 post on Facebook, Rev. Graham said, “Confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch begin today [March 20]. Democratic progressives like Senator Chuck Schumer have made it clear that they will do everything within their power to stop his confirmation."

---
“The atheist progressives in this nation want to strip God and all references to Him out of our society," said Graham. "They want to marginalize Christians to the point of making them second-class citizens, forcing them into the shadows and penalizing them if they don’t go there."

Atheist progressives don't really have to marginalize Christians, they do just fine on their own thank you.

Similar charges against atheists posting too many negative stories about religion have been leveled here in this very forum.

Delicate, fragile Christians and their weak god. Tsk, tsk.

The parallels between the Good News and Franklin Graham, the similar sads about the True word of God being diluted by angry atheists and Franklin Graham.. ..intersting similarities

from saying such things, so we know what his motivation is. Christians give lots of money to sustain his ministry and his own compensation is very, very generous.

I mean, you go about your life never having to encounter opposition to your religion, and you come online to a discussion board where there are people with - gasp - opposing views, and they actually POST articles and stuff! Jesus did warn them they'd be persecuted though.
