'No religion' officially overtakes Christianity in New Zealand Census stats

https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/no-religion-officially-overtakes-christianity-in-new-zealand-census-stats

The number of New Zealanders with 'no religion' has officially surpassed the number of people who identify as Christian in New Zealand, with a secular advocacy group calling for fewer concessions to be given to Christians.

Newly released data from the 2018 shows that 48.59 per cent of New Zealanders have 'no religion' - up from 41.92 at the 2013 Census.

The number of people identifying with a Christian faith has fallen from 47.65 per cent in 2013 to 37.31 per cent this year.

The numbers continue a trend line which has been observed over several recent Census counts.

Jesus's parables were understood and taught, Christianity would be better off since there is research to validate reincarnation and survival after physical death. Oh, well, you can't buck city hall...or the organized church.

By the time we're aware of Gnostics, there were many such groups and one can see how the message had become corrupted in some cases. I just go by the messages in the parables..reincarnation, karma...and keep it simple since that's how it was in my soul trip. I feel no need to know every character involved in the god system. I only need to know what's expected of me in this lifetime and that's enough for me!

of believers are wrong. I understand you have your beliefs, but to say it is right while others are wrong reveals the problem with beliefs based on interpreting ancient texts.

and that all those other people/denominations/churches/sects are heretical, to one degree or another. Karadeniz is just being honest about it.
