There are people here of all beliefs. I am an atheist with an interest in religion. I try to be respectful here because the other people here always seem to respect alternate opinions and have shown me the same.

It is one of the best forums on DU.

The Religion issue has been fascinating and a major area of interest across the country.

Though there are many here who don't see eye to eye on issues of religion, I think we get along well for the most part, and are able to recognize where mutual interests reside.

I've met some great people in this group - believers, non-believers and those in between.

While i like to read the larger political fora, it is here and a few other small groups that I prefer to interact.

What do you think?
