I went as a double date, and we did Jagerbombs before the movie. Good friends + booze + creepy movie = good night in my book.

I love the character development in The Birds. Having the two main heroes flirting by playing pranks on each other was great.

In that scene where the door slammed shut behind her in the room, people off camera were throwing birds at her. That's Tippi's real blood.

And I don't plan to watch it myself. But if it had the kids asking when's Mass tomorrow, it's to be appreciated for that if nothing more. Their enjoyment of church attendance should mature over time.
