What was Nicki Minaj doing at a bar mitzvah? And why was she included in the photo above, which Gawker called the “horniest photo of all time”?

She reportedly played seven songs for young fan Matt and his friends, “including the clean version of ‘Super Bass’,” did a meet-and-greet, took pictures with most of the 150 kids, and even offered this advice:

“Get an education. Stay in school. And don’t be a slouch or a bum. And ladies, never let a man have to take care of you. Do you understand me? Be your own woman. Be your own person. Do you understand me?”
