Its almost time to celebrate Israels birthday (Monday, May 1st!), also known as Yom Haatzmaut. And since falafel is the national food of Israel, we thought no better way to commemorate the day than with all the different ways you can enjoy falafel: baked, fried, in a pita, on top of rice and even made into a waffle.
