Help with a hecksher

A friend brought me a loaf of bread from Costco, Alpine Valley, organic multi-grain. It has a with the hecksher of a rectangle letters K and alef inside. And is says pareve AND Pas Yisroel. So someone knows som ething about kashrus, but I can't locate the supervision behind the hecksher. I did email the bakery with this question. Just thought I'd throw it out here too.

Kosherquest is my goto place. This heck sher is not there. It is either new, or not considered reliable by KQ. Hence my need for information.
