My friend Shelia got a severe case of dehydration! We're NYC'rs but she was a south & middiish Texan too when younger. She went to Vegas for concerts. Maaaybe the heat, plus dryness got to her.
Add in pneumonia (!), and diverticulitis(!); and geeebbzzz. Was waiting to be admitted; was in ER.
At least she went before it got worse!

She's feeling much better. Was in hospital for a few days. Sent home w further antibiotics. Still not quite all back 100%, but out and about doing things.

Keeping some food down. Fever still up.
Heavy antibiotics.

But able today to have had a text convo about knitting w me (we both knit & crochet) so she's not so out of it.
