.@jonathan_mccrea Yup. Only a few studies, but big dinosaurs attuned to low frequencies. Archaeopteryx had hearing range similar to a bird

.@jonathan_mccrea Hearing range changed w/ age, too. Baby Parasaurolophus cld hear hi-frequency sound, adults lo-frequency

Because if you're a big critter with small young, your hearing organs might be large and only hear wavelengths, but those young'ns' vocal tracts would probably only kick out high frequencies.
Talk about one generation not hearing what the other's saying.
