In a recent interview with NOVA's Secret Life of Scientists and Engineers, legendary primatologist Jane Goodall upends the boring and, frankly, dishonest myth that researchers are cold, dispassionate, robot-like, and unfailingly objective, with some compelling points in support of empathy in science.
