Everyone above the level of parish priest is corrupt beyond belief and living in the 14th century.

According to him, Benedict is the penultimate Pope. The next one, Petrus Romanus (Peter The Roman) will be the last Pope.

There is a suitably apocalyptic ending - Petrus Romanus will leave Rome with the city in flames, on his way out of the Vatican stepping over the dead bodies of his Cardinals.

Of course, this all depends on whether or not you count the Anti-Popes as real popes or...Jebus! Why am I wasting time on this nonsense? Not even the Catholics believe this stuff...well, most of them don't anyway. Here...
