Only I'm an atheist, the "Captain" was my boss and the "Jeep" was a truck.

Parked on a hill.

So I rolled it downhill.

It's a fuckin miracle!

BTW, I LOVE that .gif of yours. I've seen it before, but it always makes me chuckle.

in the US military. Question, why can't god do this all the time? Why can't he fix up the mess he made? Oh yeah "Mysterious Ways", "Sophisticated Theology" and "Booga booga boo.".

Sorry my cynicism is showing today, I should regain my equilibrium soon.

because of things like not knowing how to drive, instead of a belief in god. I do not, for a minute, believe that any soldier is humiliated by everyone because of his belief in god.....unless he is one of those people who walk around with their Bible 24/7.

Now, if that story included that the Jeep roared to life and the soldier was revving it, I might have chills.

That is one of the stupidest things I've ever read.

"do you believe?"

Yes. I believe you're a crack brained nutter, that's what I believe.

Like the face of Jesus or Mary in everything. Even though there is absolutely no irrefutable image of them.

It's rather telling that Christians are spreading around a story of *Christian persecution* in the *military*.

Talk about having a persecution complex. The US military is practically a giant Christian evangelizing organization and we have to hear stories about how some poor believer is getting made fun of in the big bad army? Give us a break, that's like complaining about how old white guys never get a fair shot at being GOP politicians.

Why a Christian would want to be a soldier, when it is quite possible that you will have to kill and hurt other people in times of war. Isn't killing one of the big Ten Commandment no-nos? Wouldn't that offend the big papa in the sky?
