1. Well, DU doesn't have an Anti-Religion & Spirituality Forum.

I always thought it was funny. Hell, I didn't even realize there was an A&A in DU2, since I would never have looked in Religion! So is that an answer to how ironic it is?

It is a place where we discuss the atheist/agnostic experience in a predominantly theistic world. We discuss religion, religious beliefs and spiritual beliefs from our perspective, which varies considerably. Some atheists deny all spirituality and some don't.

Neither does anyone else, I suspect.

When I'm in the desert looking up at the Milky Way in the thin night air, I can literally stand there for hours in awe with my mouth hanging open. Is that what's meant by spirituality? Or is it something about valuing things other than money?

and there really is no other forum where we fit. Just accept it and move on!

Of interest there are some (maybe one or two) who post in this group who claim to be atheists but they sound more like theist apologists but that is my take on it.
