Warmer on the Greenland ice cap than many other places in the Arctic

-14 F at Summit, Greenland which is on the ice cap: http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=72.58333588,-38.45000076&sp=04416

Dewar Lakes, Nunavut which is on Baffin Island to the west, is -35 F: http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=68.65000153,-71.16666412&sp=CWUW

There's lots of other places in the Arctic which are colder than Summit. Just strikes me odd, because usually Summit is the very coldest place in the Arctic. However, it's supposed to plunge to about -50 F on Wednesday and then warm up a tad.
