(2,035 posts)But I've been in East Asia since 2007. I find most women here the most beautiful women in the world. No, not that stupid "yellow fever" horseshit. . .just really beautiful.
I've been to Mongolia, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and all over Southeast Asia and Polynesia. . .Women here are wonderful. Beautiful, intelligent, sensitive, caring, supportive, nurturing and just a pleasure to be around most of the time.

(41,862 posts)so I am not sure it would be Racist and or Awful. I am constantly being told by guys I bump into on the internet, that they find Asian women, very attractive, and exotic. But, maybe that's because America has tiny pockets of Asians living across the country. While living in Arizona, a woman once asked me if I was Native American. I told her, no I was Asian, and Japanese. She went on to tell me, "I was her first Asian, the first she ever met before.."
I certainly thought there were many more in Arizona, but I could be wrong.

(2,035 posts)She tends to really enjoy, as she says it, "being among her own kind when we're abroad." Granted, she's Chinese, but she always says that Japanese and Chinese are two people separated by a similar culture.

(41,862 posts)We had a hugely mixed bag of people. Of course, being young and Insecure I hung out with my Asian friends, but we were very Diverse. I am Japanese and Hawaiian. Most of my friends Were Chinese, Taiwanese, South Koreans, Vietnamese, Cambodians, Malaysians, Indonesians, Thai, Indian, Burmese, Filipinos, and even hmong. We all seemed to get along fine, but that's because we all grew up together in the San Francisco Neighborhoods.
I never understood the in fighting going on, in Asia between groups, however in our High School there was none of that. I never really felt any hatred until I got on the internet, and it seriously opened my eyes to what was out side our City, and the Bay Area.
The most we ever battled about, was when the Los Angeles Dodgers came to town and we were all decked out in Giant's gear on the center bleachers.
