IU - Story of old couple, 아이유 - 어느 60대 노부부 이야기
This is an older IU recording. She is now a popular actress in South Korea. I haven't seen her earlier Kdrama roles, but of the three dramas she's been in recently My Mister was clearly the best. She's appeared in a leading role in You are the Best (viki.com) which has a pretty thin show biz plot carried by veteran actors. I sat through Hotel del Luna which was pretty bad too.
My Mister (Korean: 나의 아저씨; RR: Na-ui ajeossi) is a 2018 South Korean television series starring Lee Sun-kyun and Lee Ji-eun.

Good Day (좋은 날 ) was her breakthrough hit in 2010 which rivaled the infamous Gangnam style in domestic popularity. It's a bubble gum commericalized piece.
She is obviously a very talented young woman. Too bad she can't hook up with better producers and writers more often.
