New low for Clinton in personal attacks on bernie

&feature=youtu.be

calling in to morning joe at end she takes jab at bernie and family when she says people talk about extraordinary grandchildren.I
actually have one.

She is taking jab at Bernie's grandchildren are technically adopted since their parents are wife's children he adopted when they
got married.

My opinion keeps getting worse of her.Not enough she sends her daughter to lie for her and then tries to say she acted on her own.
now she takes jab at bernie and his family.

http://www.dailykos.com/stories/2016/1/15/1470310/-Clinton-Did-Not-Diss-Sanders-Grandkids

And I think too many people are forgetting what are some of the biggest determinants as to what happens to your children and grandchildren. The first being what kind of country we are and whether we’re still providing the opportunities to realize your promise and potential and what kind of world’s going to be out there waiting.

And I feel passionately that just because we had it in the past, doesn’t mean we’re going to keep it in the future. You shouldn’t have to be the granddaughter of a former president to have your American Dream realized. I think every kid should have a chance to live up to her god-given potential.

She never mentions anything about Bernie's kids being adopted, which nobody knew...or cares. This is Faux News Swiftboat worthy. This one is worse than Clinton supporters insinuating that Bernie is owned by the gun lobby.

Fri Jan 15, 2016, 12:56 PM

"The fact that she even talks to Scarborough is an indictment of her character and/or judgement".

I will break it down:

1) Bernie has shown poor judgment by appearing on a conservative TV show.

2) HRC has show poor judgment by appearing on a conservative TV show AND

3) As HRC has also show that she has no problem consorting with conservatives on a personal level, up to and including expressing admiration for people who are unindicted war criminals and writing fawning book reviews of their work, she has impeached her own character. To my knowledge, Bernie has not expressed admiration for war criminals, nor sought them out to be his personal advisers.

In fact, when Sanders does interact with vile conservatives, he leave them bloodied, yet respectful of his character:

From Bloomberg News:

“Bernie Sanders is unique,” Inhofe says, “in that most of the Democrats I know in the Senate vote liberal and press-release conservative. Not Bernie. He’s a proud, in-the-heart, sincere liberal. I’ve never heard him once say something that didn’t come from his heart. That’s not true with all the people running for president, Democrats and Republican. I hold him in high regard.” Sanders and Inhofe met in the early ’90s, when they were both representatives, and Sanders was proposing an amendment hiking taxes on the oil and gas industry. Inhofe rushed to the floor, debated him, and won the vote. Afterward, Sanders thanked him for offering a thoughtful, fact-based exchange.

Despite 25 years of friendship, Inhofe doesn’t know much about Sanders personally. “With everyone else in the Senate, they’ll discuss the Oklahoma-Oklahoma State game,” Inhofe says. “But not Bernie. I don’t think he has any other interests. I really don’t. I’ve never heard him talk about anything besides something legislative he’s all wrapped up in. It’s very unusual.” Inhofe pauses. “I, to this day, don’t even know if he has grandkids. Or even a wife.” The two have never gone to dinner or lunch. “I don’t know what we’d talk about,” Inhofe says, before remembering that, of course, Sanders would talk about wealth inequality. “You can’t have a whole dinner talking about that.”

deaths on both sides of the Vietnam War. Kissinger gave classified information to Nixon regarding the peace talks between Washington and Hanoi that an agreement was near and Nixon used this to tell them if they ( the communist forces) would not agree at that point then they would get a better deal from him. As a Vietnam veteran serving in the infantry in Vietnam and Cambodian conflicts, I watched friends die and I personally believe Kissinger is a POS, who should be locked up as the greatest living traitor in our country. Jane Fonda is also hated by many but she believed in what she was doing. Kissinger was an experienced man, who betrayed his boss, his country, and the soldiers. He is responsible for thousands of deaths and millions of wounded around the world. This year, I went to Cambodia to See Angkor Wat and music was played by people disabled by the mines we planted. Much of this maiming would have been avoided if Kissinger had not betrayed our country. Hillary knows what happened and how he was responsible. Her association just shows she cares little about the people below the 1 percent.

And this quote in her Grima Wormtongue-esque review of Kissinger's book really makes it plain:

"His analysis, despite some differences over specific policies, largely fits with the broad strategy behind the Obama administration’s effort over the past six years to build a global architecture of security and cooperation for the 21st century."

This explains SO much about our foreign policy of the last seven years.

On EDIT:

Here's the part of the quote OP cut out at the end. She went on to say:

And I think too many people are forgetting what are some of the biggest determinants as to what happens to your children and grandchildren. The first being what kind of country we are and whether we’re still providing the opportunities to realize your promise and potential and what kind of world’s going to be out there waiting.

And I feel passionately that just because we had it in the past, doesn’t mean we’re going to keep it in the future. You shouldn’t have to be the granddaughter of a former president to have your American Dream realized. I think every kid should have a chance to live up to her god-given potential.

So she "actually" has one (a grandchild). Good for her. I really was never aware until now that in the real world, "adoption" does not really represent "family", as evidenced by virtue of Hillary's blood>adoption meme. Adoptive parents take note, you're apparently not REALLY a "family" in Hillary's greatest sense of the word.

...but she was not, directly or indirectly, saying anything negative about Bernie's grandchildren.

This would be really sad if the Bernie camp suggested this.

I did go to one of her rallies in Iowa. She said the same line. It's a humorous line. She said, "A lot of people say they have extraordinary grandchildren, I actually do." It was a joke and everyone laughed, because it's universal that grandparents think that their grandchildren are THE best.

I think she delivered the line a bit awkwardly, compared to how I've heard her deliver it before. It just came out a bit off, but there is nothing nefarious about the line. I clearly got her meaning when she said it at her Des Moines rally. So did the audience. Everyone chuckled and I thought it was sweet.

Please, Sanders supporters. Don't go there. We're so much better than this. Plenty to argue about with regard to policy. Don't be mean. Really.

but I think it was just another opportunity to remind people she’s a grandma. Maybe its pandering (hey I’m just like you, I’m a grandma!), but I think most grandmothers are inclined to insert their grand babies into any conversation. Not having kids, I don’t know this for certain, but most of my girlfriends that are grandmothers NEVER MISS AN OPPORTUNITY TO REMIND YOU THAT THEIR GRANDKIDS ARE AMAZING. To which I’m like

Just like Benghazi there is plenty to be critical of Hillary about but I think this is much ado about nothing.

Now, if you want to talk about her lying about Bernie’s proposals, that will be more than enough.

However you didn't bother to check out whether or not your source's clip included the whole statement.

And then you used your source's misleading fucked-up clip to manufacture a claim that HRC insulted Bernie's grandchildren when she did no such thing.

There are many deceptive things posted on social media, including ant-Bernie things that aren't true.

Unfortunately, now that you do know the clip was edited, you are apparently doubling down on it and not correcting your OP.

And trying to make me into the bad guy because of your unfortunate use of an edited clip which takes things out of context.

I am sure you are a wonderful person.

But let me suggest that you take anything you see on social media with a grain of salt and triple check it before you use it as a basis for argument.

Also I suggest if you care about your reputation on DU you will correct your OP by adding the full quotation and back off on the manufactured claims you put foward. As it detracts from Bernie and Bernie's message.

Just suggestions, you should of course do whatever you think helps Bernie win.
