Why the Des Moines Register made the endorsements that they did.

Rubio - They felt he could change the Republican party and attract a lot of GOP Support and some Dem support in the GE.

Clinton - They felt her modest goals were more likely achievable than Bernie's revolution.

These were the words of Lynn Hicks from the Des Moines Register on MSNBC, just a moment ago.

Hardly seem like great reasons to me, but there you go.
