Long article here: http://www.commondreams.org/news/2016/01/28/climate-questions-only-one-candidate-has-all-right-answers
But the gist . . .
On issues ranging from Arctic drilling to fossil fuel divestment to fracking to #ExxonKnew, the senator from Vermont has taken strong stancesgoing as far as to call for an outright ban on fracking just a few weeks ago, according to 350 Action, the 501(c)(4) political arm of 350.org.
And their scorecard:

Don't voters care about Clinton supporting fracking? I just don't get it and I find the stances of modern-day Dems truly upsetting.
I wonder if we will ever get any climate questions at any debates?

(45,488 posts)while governor. After losing the election, Hogan said he would start fracking on day one, so the O'Malley administration allowed fracking as long as certain regulations were adhered to. To date, Hogan has not been able to frack and Maryland does not have fracking. Thanks, Governor O'Malley.

(4,961 posts)Congratulations to O'Mally for Mother Jones saying that.
What does this have to do with 350.org? They are an organization that advocates for climate issues.

(4,961 posts)The article is about 350.org and the chart is theirs. Did you even read it?
I can't understand the need for such aggressiveness. I was sincere about you contacting 350 and having them make a correction. I don't get palpitations if someone in the campaign has a legitimate record to stand on. I am a supporter of Sanders but prefer O'Malley to Clinton in many areas - climate being one of them.

(45,488 posts)I dislike commondreams and will get some info to 350.org as you suggested. Not sure what your palpitation comment referred to since I have not mentioned Sander's record in any way.
