Since the big part of the democratic caucus is convincing people to join your candidate. Plus in 2008 Obama ran an excellent strategy spinning off his supporters to Edwards to prevent delegates to Clinton.

Everyone should just take a deep breath and we'll all know soon enough. Though it's incredibly exciting.
