About "coin flipping."

I lived in Iowa in 1988 and our caucus determined the winner by flipping a coin. The Babbit camp and the Jesse Jackson camp ended up with the same number of people so we flipped a coin. Babbit won ours. But in those days - boy I sound old - we did not have twitter and the rest of the tools for "kiss and tell."

Thus I'd suspect that it does happen.
