Only once in the last 4 weeks has Romney's chance increased (and Obama's gone down by a few fractions of apoint). The rest of the time Obama's chance of winning is increasing EVEN THOUGH as he explained about a week or so ago the penalty for the convention "bounches" has dropped off, giving a more accurate picture of where things are trending. His analyses are right on and interesting.
