I get so tired of sick and/or elderly justices whose ego keeps them on even though they know it will hurt the American people in the long run, if the next President appoints their replacement.

what if they leave before her. Toobin is an idiot this is the same guy who ran out in front of the cameras after the Supreme Court hearing on the Affordable Healthcare Act and said I'm telling you Obama care is GONE!!!!

They don't! How would they ever win elections if they couldn't haul out the abortion issue to manipulate their people to vote for them!
