4. Why is Reagan's "there you go again" mentioned in the media as a model zinger?

They talk about "there you go again" as some kind of magical incantation of the Bible invoking the secret name of God, the enchanted words that can change lead into gold, the type of zinger that would put Romney back in the race. "There you go again" sounds like something a blithering idiot would say when he doesn't have an answer.
