I think NH is typically around 40% independent - part of the reason they like it as an early primary

that 55% of the people asking for a Democratic ballot are registered Dems while 41% of them are Indys.

Looks like some Indies have peeled away to vote in Republican primary.

Polling indicates Bernie needs alot of Indies to win big. Hillary leads with regular Dems. So this could be closer than many are expecting. We shall see soon.
