The unbelievable part here isn't that Bill was somehow saying that Obama isn't a "change-maker." It's that Obama is somehow not the first black president. Like "oh man, we're all at least -kinda- black, if you take it down to genetics." I mean, there might be a scientific argument there, but culturally? Nope.
