HELP PLEASE, folks! GET ERIC CANTOR OUT OF CONGRESS!!!

Contact Congresswoman Donna Edwards' Congressional office, and Congressman Jared Polis, and let them know you/we want DCCC to help WAYNE POWELL in his efforts against eric cantor, in Virginia's District 7.

Ms. Edwards was and Mr. Polis may now be head of DCCC's Red to Blue effort, to turn currently red congressional districts into Dem districts. They're helping selected Dem candidates to do so. Apparently DCCC wants to see grassroots support for such candidates, in the way of contributions, to justify DCCC's 'help.'

I attended a rally for Wayne Powell in Richmond, VA, yesterday, where he said (among other things) that he's received $700,000 in donations 'so far.' He's clearly receiving more daily.

So contact them and let them know, by leaving message (usually a pleasant person answers phone calls) that Wayne Powell has PLENTY of grassroots support, and its TIME FOR DCCC to contribute, too.

6. Wayne Powell isn't spending funds on polls,

and cantor's not talking if he is polling.

Anecdotally, people in the district say NO ONE likes cantor, and comments to articles about their debate and about Powell's appearances confirm that the constituency is very impressed by him.
Same for 'likes' and comments on Wayne Powell's Facebook page.

Instead of bullshitting with your coworkers over lunch, take 5 or 10 minutes and make a phone call.

It's not something I've thought about much to be honest. I know that Cantor is probably the smoothest talking snake oil salesman in the House though, so even if another R replaces him we'll still be better off.
