From what I recall of the exit polls in Iowa--most Hillary supporters described themselves as liberal or moderate. Most Bernie supporters described themselves as very liberal or liberal.

This was in Iowa! May not be the same dynamics in NV. However, I would tend to see that as a draw.

On the other hand, heavy turnout in Reno is awesome for Bernie. That is what people are reporting. Reno is supposed to go heavily for Bernie. So that's awesome!

Do the precincts have predetermined numbers of delegates associated with them based on previous year turnouts, or does one that gets a higher turnout get more delegates. So, if hypothetically, Bernie wins a precinct with 1000-0 vote there, would he get more delegates than if he won it with a 500-0 vote?

Those numbers are based on turnout numbers from the previous year.

For example, in my Iowa precinct we had 9 delegates to divvy up.

That number never changes. It's fixed.

It doesn't matter if 1,000 show up or if 10 show up.

Delegates are allotted by the percentage of the room that the candidate has.

Although I did see a Hillary sign stuck into a planter outside. I'm sure there's some deeper symbolism in that.
