2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumEvery Bernie Sanders supporter is used to coming from behind and pulling ahead.
After Super Tuesday Bernie is going to be behind in the delegate count. But, that is just because Super Tuesday is concentrated in Southern states that the Democratic nominee isn't going to win during the general election.
These Southern states have a lower delegate count per person, than the states that Bernie will win. Analysis
All of the polling shows shows Bernie ahead in their national polling of likely voters:
And it isnt just Reuters that shows Sanders with a national edge over Clinton. A Quinnipiac national poll released last week showed Sanders two points ahead of Clinton, as did a Fox News poll released on Friday. In fact, according to RealClearPolitics polling averages, Sanders is gaining ground on Clinton at roughly the same pace Barack Obama did in 2008 as the then Illinois senator was leading Clinton nationally by only 3 points between February 22 and February 24, 2008.

So, where are the delegates located that will put Sanders back into the lead? FiveThirtyEight says that "Its possible that Bernie Sanders will win every state caucus from here on out. http://53eig.ht/1Tx1rTS" Source
In addition to the remaining caucus states, the folks in the national polls who are giving Bernie his polling lead, are waiting in the remaining primary states to send Bernie the delegates that will put Sanders back into the lead to win the Democratic primary! The votes are *absolutely* there to be picked up, and they are reflected in the national polling!

(37,428 posts)Our candidate decider to attempt this withour begging for Big Money to back him. That alone is a powerful message unique to him.
But he's up against a celebrity well-known for decades. There was never going to be an easy victory for Sanders. Time is on his side, hence the opposition's desperation first to deride, then to equivocate, and finally to feign invincibility.
He and we can only won by hanging in there, canvassing and showing up for primaries.
