2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumVote your conscience, not your fears.
This is the primary. We should vote our consciences, our better selves and not our fears.
We should vote our courage. There is time to vote fear later.
This is the time when we mold our party, as voters as a group, into the ideals that we dream for our country.
Many in our party have allowed the crazy right-wingers to wield our fears against us and push us to their side.
We need free tuition for state schools -- all of them.
We need single payer insurance. It will save us money and improve our health in the long run. It will be worth it.
We need a saner foreign and military policy.
We need family leave.
We need stronger Social Security.
We need a greater democracy.
We need more Americans to vote.
To vote for less than what you believe in because of your fear is the very definition of cowardice.
Vote your faith in DEMOCRACY not your fears.

If it means voting third party in the general, then so be it.
I'm not going to vote for who sucks less.
