(11,256 posts)I was about to try and make a snarky reply about how this has been the 100th time someone has tried to make the same tired point, but I'm starting to think 100 is too low.
Seriously, this crap has gotten really old.

(3,194 posts)IF Hillary gets the nomination, and IF she loses the GE, I'm sure the Clinton supporters will have plenty of reasons and excuses as to why it happened.
That's quite alright. I'm sure there will be some "honest" justification, but it certainly won't be to admit that Bernie Sanders supporters had been right all along.
And the best part, is we'll get Trump for the next several years. I for one will give Hillary a great big Thank You for her help in making that possible.
I'm going to vote for the Democratic nominee, it's far too important, even though I don't care for Hillary. But the repubs are going to go above and beyond to defeat Hillary, you can bet on it. They can call Sanders a socialist or a communist or whatever, but when it comes to Hillary, they HATE HER WITH A PASSION, and will stop at nothing to see she loses.

Half the country can't stand her, and it's not only Republicans in that group. That's not an opinion, that is a cold hard fact.

As shown in this Quinnipiac chart from last week.

(33,688 posts)what they NEED to hear, not what they WANT to hear. We CAN make a better, more just, more fair society if we have the will to do it, and it's about all of us and not just him, as he says again and again.
And I've never seen any politician make converts so quickly since RFK. Who did it the same way. Truth has its own appeal.

(1,784 posts)hillary wins... she will not have the support of a large part of the Progressive wing of the party & at the same time right wingers of all ilks will come out of the woodwork to vote against her... Plus she may be indicted ? The only chance we have is to vote Bernie Sanders for President.. a true Progressive who has spent his career fighting for the marginalized..

And democratic voters historically vote for their nominee. That will happen as usual. She can win without the DU'S most vocal Hillary haters.
